The "RoseLine" story
Let us introduce you to "RoseLine," an initiative whose name is a combination of the first names Rosy and Céline. This encounter began in 2013 during a humanitarian mission in Uganda. Rosy was a young activity leader working in an orphanage where Céline had been sent on an assignment. The mutual warmth and deep feeling of their first meeting sparked an unprecedented friendship. Despite their similar characters and personalities, the one thing separating them was distance. Rosy came from the most disadvantaged part of Africa, and Céline was fortunate enough to grow up in one of Europe's most privileged countries. Yet, they helped each other grow and mature along life's journey. This chance meeting created an intense bond, a unique friendship that would transcend all barriers.

A shared passion
The "RoseLine" initiative represents a shared passion to help those in need, with the ultimate goal of working on small but viable humanitarian projects around the world that make a significant difference to the lives of many forgotten people.
The first project aims to provide quality healthcare to underprivileged children in Uganda through programs promoting hygiene, vaccination, and disease prevention. Thus, the initial objective is to create a pharmacy in a local village. Rosy, now a registered nurse, will oversee and manage the project, while Céline from Guava Swiss will guide, fundraise, and handle on-site coordination.
In addition to this personal commitment, Guava Swiss will donate 1% of its billed services to these initiatives.
A rich and engaging chronology
My journey, between passion and experience
After obtaining a Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Administration from the Glion Hotel School in 2000, I began my career in the hotel industry in Buenos Aires.
From the Dominican Republic to Caracas, London, and Geneva, my years in the hospitality industry taught me discipline, management skills, active listening, and creativity. In 2002, my career path led me to the world of education, joining a renowned boarding school in Villars where I held positions in management, marketing, and international family relations.
My mission: to connect worlds. To create synergies between students, families, schools, service providers, local communities, and NGOs. I deeply believe in human connection, adaptability, and intuition as drivers of personalized solutions.
